Principal/Owner

Trav Sweatman has worked on many award winning projects throughout his career. He began as a Structural Engineer in 1996 and was later responsible for the design and construction oversight of Mary Kay Distribution Center in Dallas, TX. He is also responsible for the design of the Frankford Trade Center in Dallas, TX and the White Chapel United Methodist Church addition in Southlake, TX.

Since opening TCS Engineering, LLC in 2009, he has designed and managed the construction oversight for two Texans Credit Union branch buildings in McKinney, TX and Plano, TX, several Stanley Chevrolet dealership remodel projects throughout Texas, several shell retail/office buildings throughout Texas, as well as several national chain restaurant concepts including IHOP, Applebee's, Bahama Breeze, Del Frisco's, On the Border, Cheddar's, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and Raising Canes throughout the United States.

Trav earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville in 1994, has over 28 years of experience and is currently licensed in 34 states across the country. Trav treats every client with respect and integrity.
